Sears moves up from 5 to 3, Granholm from 9 to 5 in ABA SCOTUS poll

Former Georgia Chief Justice Leah Ward Sears called attention to the crisis of divorce and fatherlessness, and launched a commission and an annual conference to explore new ways to remedy it. Former Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm vetoed a package of extremely mild, baby-step incentives and waiting periods to encourage premarital education and counseling.
