A support order may order a net payment in which one party's spousal support to the other is offset by child support going the other way, or vice-versa. O'Reilly v. O'Reilly, Va. Ct. App. unpublished 5/31/16.
Nor did the court err in ordering reimbursement for uninsured medical expenses, even though those weren't discussed during the trial. That is something the court is required to rule on in any support order, and it is directly determined bu the incomes and income-proportions that the court determines when calculalting child support.
